For sanitary reasons, gauges (plugs) are not returnable. However, if we are at fault (wrong item received or damaged) please email Lu@twelve-houses.com. We'll make it right! For more information on gauge fit than you probably want, see Gauge Fit Guide.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the package arriving to you. If we were at fault (wrong item shipped, defective item) we pay return shipping. If you changed your mind, you pay return shipping.
In either case, if you need to return an item, email the details to Lu@twelve-houses.com. We'll send you a shipping label. As we explained above- if it was our bad, we pay for the return shipping. If you changed your mind, the cost of the return shipping label is deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your defective items (if the item was received damaged) or undamaged return (if you changed your mind), we’ll initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Your card issuer's policy will determine how long it takes for your refund to show up in your account.
